First decide what you need to coordinate

A prospect list and its next steps

OutreachGenie brings people from LinkedIn search, profiles, post engagement or CSV into reviewable lists. The source and notes help explain why someone belongs there. A campaign connects that audience to a reusable flow, with activity showing what has happened and what still needs attention. See the prospecting workflow · Review campaign setup.

This is a useful starting point when your biggest problem is losing context between research, messages and follow-up. The Chrome companion performs the LinkedIn-side actions through your signed-in browser session. Account for that requirement when you evaluate the workflow. Execution details.

Multiple senders and shared replies

HeyReach lets multiple LinkedIn senders participate in one campaign and distributes leads between them. Its Unibox brings their conversations together and allows teammates to reply on a sender's behalf. That makes it particularly relevant when reply ownership and coordination across accounts are daily operational requirements. Sender rotation · Unibox documentation.

Check privacy settings during evaluation: HeyReach documents a choice between importing broader LinkedIn conversations and tracking only conversations originating from HeyReach. Decide what a teammate should be able to see before connecting an account.

Compare the cost of the workflow you will use

OutreachGenie's published plan is $0. HeyReach's public pricing showed Growth at US$79 per month for one LinkedIn sender on monthly billing when checked on October 2, 2026. HeyReach defines a sender as a connected LinkedIn account and says additional teammates are not separately charged as senders. It also lists agency bundles and longer billing terms. Check the current total for your expected sender count, billing commitment and required extras. A founder evaluating one audience and an agency managing several clients are buying different operational capabilities. Subscription cost alone will not tell you which setup leaves less manual work.

Email and AI connections

HeyReach supports multichannel steps through email tools including Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison. If email already runs in one of those systems, inspect the handoff, reply handling and total stack cost. HeyReach campaign setup.

Both HeyReach and OutreachGenie publish MCP connections for AI-assisted workflows. MCP availability alone is not a reason to switch. Test whether your AI client can inspect the relevant records, prepare the changes you need and leave a clear review point before a campaign or message changes. Evaluate a representative workflow before moving

If you are considering OutreachGenie, choose a small example that includes your real edge cases:

  1. Review one audience. Keep the profile URL, source and reason for contact; separate an interesting signal from a qualified prospect. Import and review a search.
  2. Build one flow. Include an existing connection, a pending invitation and an accepted request when checking the branches. Flow design guide.
  3. Test the response handoff. Put a reply check before a follow-up and end the automated branch when a person answers, including a decline. Stop follow-ups on reply.
  4. Check what you can report. Review successful actions, failures and conversations separately. When comparing reply rates, use the same recipient definition and response window. Reply-rate guide.

Before moving active work, preserve opt-outs and unresolved replies. Review any exported file and its mapping; do not assume a CSV recreates inbox history, exclusions, sender assignments or an in-progress campaign.

Can either product guarantee account safety or results?

No. LinkedIn prohibits third-party software that scrapes or automates activity on its website and may restrict accounts. A provider's action limits, execution model or sender controls do not make that activity approved. Neither a free plan nor a paid subscription guarantees replies or meetings. LinkedIn's policy.

Read the automation limits guide, and stop if LinkedIn presents a warning or restriction.
