Check your current Dux-Soup license first

Older comparisons often describe Dux-Soup as a Chrome extension. Its current STACKED setup uses a dedicated Mac or Windows application; the main workflow no longer requires that traditional extension. Dux-Soup says an existing license provides access to STACKED and describes an internal transition for campaigns and account data. Confirm your edition and entitlements with the provider before cancelling. That transition is within Dux-Soup, not a transfer to OutreachGenie. STACKED setup and existing-license guidance.

For a new evaluation, the signup page offers a 14-day trial of STACKED local. The setup guide says no credit-card details are required. A trial has an end date; OutreachGenie's published plan is $0 forever, with no credit card. STACKED local trial · OutreachGenie's free plan.

Compare execution and seat cost

STACKED local runs on your own machine. Its fixed-seat price is US$55 per paid seat per month on monthly billing. STACKED cloud runs on the provider's infrastructure, so your local machine can be off; the corresponding price is US$99 per paid seat per month. These are USD prices, not discounted annual equivalents. Dux-Soup lists GBP for the UK, EUR for the eurozone and USD elsewhere, with annual and other billing arrangements separately. A paid seat covers a person using STACKED with their LinkedIn account. Admin-only access does not consume a paid seat. Count the LinkedIn accounts that will actually run outreach when estimating your bill. Seats and admin access.

OutreachGenie's Chrome companion performs LinkedIn-side actions through your signed-in browser session. Keep that browser available while the work runs. If activity must continue with your computer off, evaluate STACKED cloud against that requirement. Cloud, desktop and browser execution.

Check the workflow behind each feature

OutreachGenie collects prospects from LinkedIn profiles, search results, post comments and reactions, or CSV. Lists retain source context and notes; visual flows define steps, and campaigns show progress and errors. This fits a LinkedIn-focused workflow you can review before launch. Prospecting workflow.

Dux-Soup documents STACKED support for LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, plus integrations including Salesforce, Slack, Zapier and Make. Its API is a separate integration surface. A listed connector and an API do not tell you whether your exact CRM fields, reply handling or reporting will transfer. Check those operations before replacing a connection your team uses. STACKED features · Dux-Soup API.

AI connections need their own cost check. Dux-Soup's ChatGPT connector requires an OpenAI API account with available credits and an API key. Do not assume the STACKED seat price includes that provider usage. Connector requirements.

Rehearse one list before moving active work

Dux-Soup documents a CSV export from its Prospects panel, with campaign, connection-degree and date filters. That establishes an export route; it does not establish that every exported column or identifier fits OutreachGenie's importer. Prospect export instructions.

  1. Export a small representative set and inspect the actual headers and profile identifiers. Keep the original file and record the filters used.
  2. If it contains supported public LinkedIn profile URLs, use the free CSV checker to review missing URLs, duplicates and conflicting rows. It does not retrieve missing profiles or transfer campaign history.
  3. In OutreachGenie's importer, review the mapping and existing prospect matches. Use a list that is not assigned to a campaign, and check matched prospects' other campaign memberships. Adding people to a list used by an active campaign can enroll them. CSV import guide.
  4. Preserve opt-outs, unresolved replies and previous activity separately. Rebuild and review the intended flow before activating anything. A CSV is not an inbox or running-campaign migration. Switching tools without overlapping outreach.

Decide with one real workflow

Try OutreachGenie when the work is organizing LinkedIn prospects and running reviewed steps from your browser, and removing the software subscription is useful. Start with one representative list. Use Message sequence for reply-aware follow-ups: a tracked or detected reply stops the prospect's sequence, though an action already in flight may still finish. Reply handling and its limits.

Keep evaluating STACKED when hosted execution, its supported LinkedIn environments or a specific integration carries more value than the subscription costs. Existing customers should test the STACKED access already attached to their license before deciding to leave.

Free software does not remove LinkedIn's rules or account restrictions. OutreachGenie has no product-side quota, but LinkedIn prohibits unauthorized scraping and automation, and may restrict accounts. Neither a browser nor cloud architecture guarantees account safety. LinkedIn's policy.
