Cheapest LinkedIn automation tools in 2026: Linked Helper, Waalaxy, Dripify, Expandi and more, compared on real prices
Automation tool pricing

This page compares what eleven LinkedIn automation tools actually cost: OutreachGenie, Octopus CRM, Linked Helper, Waalaxy, Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach, Dux-Soup, PhantomBuster, Salesflow and, for reference, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core. If you are choosing on features, team size or execution model rather than price, read the best LinkedIn automation tools compared instead.
This vendor-written comparison was checked on November 6, 2026. OutreachGenie publishes it and is one of the tools listed. Every price below was read that day on the vendor's own pricing page, linked in the sources. Where a page didn't publish a figure, the table says "not shown" rather than borrowing a number from an older roundup. Nothing here is a test of acceptance rates, reply rates or account restrictions.
The cheapest options by budget
$0 a month. OutreachGenie's Free plan is the only plan here that runs LinkedIn campaigns without paying: 80 outreach actions (invitations, messages, likes, comments and follows) and 500 new prospects a week, no card. It runs in your own Chrome, so the browser has to stay open. Waalaxy's Freemium account exists but can't run automation, and every other tool offers a trial of 7 to 14 days.
Under $20 a month.
- Octopus CRM Starter: $9.99 a month, or $6.99 a month billed annually. The cheapest paid tier on this page.
- OutreachGenie Pro: $15 a month or $150 a year, with no weekly action limit.
- Linked Helper Standard: $15 per license a month on a one-month term, falling to $8.25 a month on a 12-month term. Desktop software.
- Waalaxy Pro: $19 per user a month, or $16 a month on yearly billing. Cloud, capped at 300 invitations a month.
Under $100 a month. Dux-Soup STACKED local ($55 a seat), PhantomBuster Start (€69, shown in euros from our location), Dripify Pro and HeyReach Growth ($79 each), and three plans at $99: Expandi Business, Salesflow Basic and Dux-Soup STACKED cloud. This is where most cloud tools start.
Sales Navigator Core, at $119.99 a month, costs more than almost every tool here and sends nothing for you. It is in the table because many buyers add it on top.

Tool by tool
OutreachGenie: $0 to start, $15 for no limits
OutreachGenie is a LinkedIn prospecting and outreach workspace with a Chrome extension. You build lists from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, profiles, post engagement or a CSV, arrange visits, invitations, messages, waits and reply checks in a flow, then run the list through it as a campaign. The Free plan includes 80 outreach actions and 500 new prospects a week; steps over the limit wait for the Monday reset (UTC). Pro is $15 a month or $150 a year, removes both limits and adds the AI features. Agency is $20 per connected LinkedIn account a month with one shared inbox. See current plans.
The cons are real. It covers LinkedIn only, with no email steps. Chrome must be open while a campaign runs, because cloud execution hasn't shipped. It is a newer product with a shorter track record than tools such as Dux-Soup or Linked Helper, and it isn't listed on review sites such as G2 or Capterra yet. And the Free caps are tight for anyone sending to more than a small list each week.
Octopus CRM: the cheapest paid tier
Octopus CRM lists four plans: Starter $9.99, Pro $14.99, Advanced $21.99 and Unlimited $39.99 a month, or $6.99, $9.99, $14.99 and $24.99 a month on annual billing, which it labels 35% off. Every plan has a 7-day trial without a card, and the trial button leads to its Chrome extension in the Chrome Web Store. Agencies managing more than 20 accounts are asked to contact sales. Check which actions Starter includes before buying it, since the features differ by tier.
Linked Helper: $15 if you keep a machine running
Linked Helper is desktop software. Standard is $15 per license a month on a one-month term, and one license runs one LinkedIn account. Longer terms cut the price (11% for 3 months, 33% for 6, 45% for 12), and buying 10 or more licenses together adds a volume discount. The Pro price wasn't displayed. Standard caps about ten advanced actions at 20 a day. The 14-day Pro trial needs no card and doesn't renew on its own. Your computer or a VPS you rent has to stay on with the app running, and VPS hosting and proxies are bought separately. Compare Linked Helper with OutreachGenie.
Waalaxy: the lowest cloud price
Waalaxy's pricing page now shows Pro at $19, Advanced at $39 and Business at $69 per user a month on monthly billing, or $16, $32 and $55 on yearly billing (20% off). Pro allows 300 invitations a month; Advanced and Business allow 800. Email sequences and several sender accounts are on Business only, and its LinkedIn Inbox is a €20 a month add-on. Waalaxy's help center says Freemium can't use automation and that the trial needs a credit card and converts to a paid plan unless you cancel. See our Waalaxy comparison.
Dripify: cloud LinkedIn and email from $59
Dripify Pro is $79 per user a month, or $59 billed annually; Advanced is $99 or $79. Each seat connects one LinkedIn account, campaigns run on Dripify's servers, and every paid plan includes LinkedIn and email steps plus 100 email-finder credits a month. The 7-day trial needs no card. Read the Dripify pricing breakdown or compare Dripify with OutreachGenie.
Expandi: one plan at $99
Expandi sells one public plan, Business, at $99 a month or $79 a month on annual billing paid upfront. It runs in the cloud with a dedicated country-based IP address, and email follow-ups can sit in the same sequence. After the 7-day trial, Expandi charges the billing period you chose unless you cancel first. Agency plans start at 10 seats through sales. Compare Expandi with OutreachGenie.
HeyReach: cheaper per sender as you grow
HeyReach charges per sender, a connected LinkedIn account; teammates are free. Growth is $79 per sender a month for 1 to 9 senders and $59 from 10, or $64 and $48 on yearly billing, with a dedicated residential proxy for each sender. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders and Unlimited is $2,999, and both require your own proxies. Email runs through Instantly or Smartlead. See HeyReach compared with OutreachGenie and HeyReach vs Dripify.
Dux-Soup: local or cloud
Dux-Soup's STACKED desktop app costs $55 per seat a month running on your machine, or $41.25 billed annually. STACKED cloud runs on Dux-Soup's servers for $99, or $74.17 billed annually. Its setup guide offers a two-week trial without card details. See our Dux-Soup comparison.
PhantomBuster: metered by hours, not seats
PhantomBuster showed Start at €69 a month, or €56 a month billed annually (€672 a year), in euros from our location. Start includes 5 automation slots, 20 hours of execution and 500 email credits a month. Users are unlimited and several LinkedIn accounts can connect on every plan, so cost depends on how long your automations run. The 14-day trial gives 2 hours of execution and caps exports at 10 rows. See PhantomBuster alternatives for LinkedIn.
Salesflow: per-seat pricing that drops with team size
Salesflow lists Basic at $99 per seat a month for one seat, $69.30 a seat on a 12-month term ($832 paid upfront). The per-seat price falls with team size: from $70 at 5 seats, $39.95 at 20, and lower for Agency and Enterprise, which require an annual commitment. Salesflow describes itself as a cloud platform and lists LinkedIn and email outreach on every plan. The 7-day Pro trial needs no card.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core, for reference
Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's paid search and lead-tracking product. Core is $119.99 a month or $1,079.88 a year per license, and Advanced is $159.99 or $1,799.88. It finds people; it doesn't send invitation sequences for you. See Sales Navigator plans and what every LinkedIn Premium plan costs.
Hidden costs that change the ranking
Annual-only prices
Most of the low numbers you see in roundups are annual equivalents. Octopus CRM's $6.99, Waalaxy's $16, Dripify's $59, Expandi's $79, PhantomBuster's €56 and Linked Helper's $8.25 all need a 12-month term. Salesflow shows its 12-month price as $832 paid upfront, and Expandi and Waalaxy say longer terms are paid in advance. If you are testing whether LinkedIn outreach works for you at all, compare monthly prices and pay yearly only once a campaign has earned it.
Per seat, per sender or metered
A seat, a sender and a user are different things. Dripify and Linked Helper tie one seat or license to one LinkedIn account. HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender and doesn't charge for teammates. Waalaxy and Salesflow charge per user seat. PhantomBuster charges for slots and run hours, with unlimited users. OutreachGenie Free and Pro connect one LinkedIn account; Agency is $20 per account. For three LinkedIn senders on monthly billing that is $60 on OutreachGenie Agency, $45 on Linked Helper Standard, $237 on HeyReach Growth or Dripify Pro and $297 on Expandi.
Proxies, VPS and keeping a machine on
Desktop tools are cheap partly because you supply the hardware. Linked Helper needs a computer or a rented VPS that stays on, and its pricing page says VPS and proxies are bought separately. Dux-Soup's local plan needs your machine running too. HeyReach includes a proxy per sender on Growth, but Agency and Unlimited require your own. OutreachGenie needs no proxy because it acts from your own browser, which in turn has to be open while it works.
Sales Navigator
Dripify says on its pricing page that it works with free LinkedIn accounts, and OutreachGenie works from regular LinkedIn search, profiles, post engagement and CSV files. Check each other tool's compatibility notes before buying. Many workflows start from a Sales Navigator search, and Core at $119.99 a month can cost more than the automation tool itself. If you want it, price it in. Our guide to prospecting without Sales Navigator covers what regular search can do.
Email credits
Finding email addresses is often metered separately. Dripify includes 100 finder credits a month and sells packs from $29 for 1,000. Waalaxy includes 25 a month on Pro and 500 on Business. PhantomBuster Start includes 500 email credits a month, HeyReach Growth gives a one-time 100 enrichment credits per sender, and Linked Helper Standard includes 620 data credits a month, at 1 credit per email found. If email is part of your sequence, check the sending side too: Waalaxy limits email sequences to Business, and HeyReach needs a separate Instantly or Smartlead subscription.
What LinkedIn's rules say about automation tools
Price doesn't change the rules. Section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement, effective November 3, 2025, says members must not use bots or other unauthorized automated methods to access LinkedIn, add or download contacts, or send or redirect messages. The same section rules out software, scripts and browser add-ons that scrape or copy profiles.
LinkedIn Help's page on prohibited software and extensions says third-party tools that scrape data, change how the site looks or automate activity are not permitted, and that accounts using them may be restricted or shut down. Its page on automated activity on LinkedIn tells restricted members to turn such tools off and explains how to ask for a review.
So every tool on this page carries restriction risk: the $0 plan, the $10 and $15 plans and the $99 cloud plans, OutreachGenie included. A cloud server, a dedicated IP, a desktop app or your own browser changes how actions are sent, not whether LinkedIn permits them, and no vendor can promise an account won't be restricted. If you automate anyway, keep volumes low, work in office hours, stop follow-ups when someone replies and pause at the first warning. See automation limits and working hours and how OutreachGenie paces actions, and what it can't protect you from.
How these prices were checked
We opened each vendor's pricing page on November 6, 2026 from a browser in Tunisia, switched between monthly and annual billing where the page offered both, and recorded what each one displayed. PhantomBuster showed euros from that location; the others showed US dollars. Octopus CRM's pricing sits on its home page. Prices from our own November 5 roundup were rechecked rather than copied: Waalaxy's page showed US dollars and a 20% yearly discount, where on November 5 we had recorded euros and a 50% yearly discount. Confirm the currency, term and plan at checkout, and run any trial with a small list you know well, using the prospecting-tool trial checklist.
Questions that come up in practice
Common questions
What is the cheapest LinkedIn automation tool?
OutreachGenie is the cheapest at $0: its Free plan runs LinkedIn campaigns with 80 outreach actions and 500 new prospects a week, without a card. The cheapest paid plan we found is Octopus CRM Starter at $9.99 a month, or $6.99 a month billed annually. OutreachGenie Pro and Linked Helper Standard both list $15 a month. Prices were checked on each vendor's pricing page on November 6, 2026.
Is there a free LinkedIn automation tool that actually runs campaigns?
OutreachGenie's Free plan runs invitations, messages, likes, comments and follows from your own Chrome, up to 80 a week, with 500 new prospects a week. Waalaxy's Freemium account can't run automation. Octopus CRM, Linked Helper, Dripify, Expandi, HeyReach, Dux-Soup, PhantomBuster and Salesflow offer trials of 7 to 14 days instead of a free plan.
Which LinkedIn automation tool offers the best value for small businesses on a tight budget?
Start with OutreachGenie Free if LinkedIn is your only channel and 80 outreach actions a week is enough; Pro removes the limit for $15 a month. If you want the lowest paid price, Octopus CRM starts at $9.99. Linked Helper is $15 a month but needs a computer or VPS that stays on. If campaigns must run with your computer off, Waalaxy Pro is $19 a month, or $16 billed yearly.
Is Linked Helper cheaper than Waalaxy or Dripify?
On monthly billing, yes: Linked Helper Standard is $15 per license a month, Waalaxy Pro is $19 a user and Dripify Pro is $79 a user. On a 12-month term Linked Helper drops to $8.25 a month. It is a desktop app, so add the cost of a computer or VPS that stays on and any proxy. Octopus CRM's Starter plan is cheaper still at $9.99.
Are cheap LinkedIn automation tools more likely to get an account restricted?
We have no data showing that price predicts restrictions. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits unauthorized automation, and its Help Center says accounts using such tools may be restricted or shut down, whatever the tool costs. A cloud server, dedicated IP or your own browser changes how actions are sent, not whether LinkedIn allows them.
Do I need Sales Navigator to use a cheap LinkedIn automation tool?
Not for the tools here that say so on their pricing pages: Dripify states it works with free LinkedIn accounts. OutreachGenie captures prospects from regular LinkedIn search, profiles, post engagement and CSV files. Sales Navigator adds search filters but costs $119.99 a month for Core, more than most tools on this page, so budget for it separately.
