HeyReach vs Dripify: compare the workflow and the real bill

Outreach software comparison

Illustrated prospect records beside a software evaluation checklist

HeyReach and Dripify are worth comparing when you already have a credible prospecting process and need software to carry it out. For a solo seller, the decision may turn on email steps and the work needed to handle replies. For an agency, it may turn on who owns each LinkedIn sender, which clients an operator can see, and how the bill changes as accounts are added.

Start with those requirements. The current entry prices alone do not separate the products: on monthly billing, HeyReach Growth and Dripify Pro both list $79 per connected LinkedIn account. Their units are named differently, and higher tiers change the comparison.

This is a documentation-based comparison published by OutreachGenie, a competing product. Prices and the linked product pages were checked on November 2, 2026. We have not run an independent delivery, account-restriction or conversion test of either service.

Compare the operating arrangement first

DecisionHeyReachDripify
What is billed?Growth is billed per LinkedIn sender. The pricing FAQ says added teammates, clients and operators are not separately charged as senders. Each paid seat connects one LinkedIn account. Count the accounts doing outreach, not just the administrator logging in.
How are multiple accounts handled? Its published offer emphasizes multiple senders, a unified inbox, workspaces and permissions. Agency adds bundled senders and white-label features.Advanced adds team management, with central oversight of the connected accounts. Confirm the exact team workflow in a trial.
What about email? The current pricing page lists multichannel outreach and integrations. Establish which email system, subscription and connector your actual workflow requires. The current pricing FAQ explicitly includes LinkedIn and email steps in the same sequence on every paid plan.
Which plan includes experiments?Check the supported variation and reporting behavior for your intended test; this comparison does not establish a native A/B allocation method.Advanced explicitly lists A/B testing and step analytics. A feature label still needs to be checked against the experiment you want to run.
Does the computer need to stay on?HeyReach describes a hosted sending arrangement. Check account connection and proxy requirements for the selected plan.Dripify explicitly says campaigns run on its servers and do not depend on an open browser.

These are provider descriptions, not proof that every integration, permission or reporting operation will fit your team. The primary sources are HeyReach pricing and Dripify pricing.

The email distinction deserves a demonstration. “Multichannel” can describe a native email step, an external email tool triggered by a webhook, or a wider service package. Ask each provider to show the exact sequence you intend to use, including where a reply is detected and how later steps stop. Otherwise you can buy a second tool without realizing that you still own the work of keeping the two systems consistent.

Put both quotes on the same billing basis

The following illustrations use published monthly billing, exclude taxes, and assume one connected LinkedIn account per sender or Dripify seat. They are simple subscription arithmetic, not negotiated quotes.

Connected LinkedIn accountsHeyReach GrowthDripify ProDripify Advanced
1$79/month$79/month$99/month
5$395/month$395/month$495/month
25, before any negotiated offer$1,975/month$1,975/month$2,475/month

The 25-account row is a baseline, not a recommendation to buy 25 Growth senders. HeyReach also lists Agency at $999/month for 25 senders. Its FAQ says the Agency and Unlimited arrangements require the customer's own proxies, so compare the complete quote, including that requirement and any other operating cost. Dripify asks teams with ten or more seats, or subscriptions needing consolidation, to contact sales. A published unit price does not settle the negotiated team bill.

Annual billing changes the cash commitment. Dripify lists Pro at $59 per user per month and Advanced at $79 when billed annually: the corresponding annual amounts are $708 and $948 per seat. HeyReach displays a rounded monthly equivalent for yearly Growth alongside a $759 yearly charge. Use the displayed yearly charge when comparing cash due; multiplying a rounded marketing label can produce the wrong total. Recheck the checkout and written quote before committing.

A solo seller should test the work after the send

A solo operator may get through campaign setup quickly in either product. The expensive part can arrive later: remembering what was promised, recognizing a reply that needs a human response, or discovering that the same person is in another campaign.

Dripify Pro's published offer includes unlimited campaigns, a dedicated inbox, HubSpot integration, and API/MCP access. Advanced adds capabilities such as A/B testing, step analytics and team management. If you need a formal experiment or a team control, include the necessary tier in the decision rather than assuming Pro contains everything shown during the Advanced trial.

HeyReach Growth lists a unified inbox, workspaces and permissions, integrations, API/webhooks and an MCP server. Those capabilities can also matter to one person with an established stack. Being an individual seller does not make a workspace or integration requirement disappear.

Try a short, representative workflow and write down where you leave the product. If you repeatedly export a list, open another inbox, or manually reconcile exclusions, that work belongs in the comparison. Do not assign an invented dollar value to the time; measure the repeated task in your own evaluation.

Agencies need to rehearse client boundaries

Before buying an agency plan, describe who may view a client's prospects and reply on a sender's behalf. A shared inbox is useful only if the people operating it have the right access and an agreed owner for each conversation.

Use a fictional or permissioned test record to check the following:

  1. An operator can reach the intended client's workspace and cannot see another client's data without permission.
  2. A prospect assigned to one sender does not receive a second approach because the same profile arrived in a later import.
  3. A reply remains attached to the correct sender and can be handed to the right person without losing the conversation context.
  4. Removing a sender or a team member produces the expected access and campaign behavior.
  5. An export preserves the identifiers and fields needed for your reporting or exit process.

Do not assume either product passes all five checks because a pricing card says “team management.” Record the result and any configuration required. A failed requirement should have a named workaround and an owner before you move active client work.

Run a comparable trial

Start with a small eligible list whose source and contact history you understand. A trial is a workflow test; it is not permission to contact unsuitable people or a meaningful proof of superior conversion after a few replies.

Keep the source file, remove duplicates and preserve exclusions. Use equivalent audience rules, messages, observation periods and operator responsibilities in the two evaluations. Never put the same person into both live campaigns just to compare software. You can test imports, permissions, previews and exports without sending a message.

Then inspect a controlled reply case. Record whether the reply was detected, what subsequent work stopped, and whether any queued action was already in flight. Test an unavailable field and an ambiguous send error as well. A failure state can matter more than a smooth demo. Our prospecting-tool evaluation guide provides a broader checklist.

If you want to compare message A with message B, use the LinkedIn A/B-testing guide. A software comparison and a message experiment answer different questions; combining them makes the result difficult to interpret.

Where OutreachGenie belongs in this decision

OutreachGenie is another option when the required workflow is collecting and reviewing LinkedIn prospects, building visible flows, and running LinkedIn-side steps through your signed-in browser. Its Free plan includes 80 outreach actions and 500 new prospects a week. Pro is $15/month or $150/year; Agency is $20 per connected LinkedIn account per month. The current pricing page owns the allowances and feature details.

For five connected accounts, the published Agency rate is $100/month before any applicable tax. That is a subscription comparison, not a claim of feature parity with HeyReach or Dripify. OutreachGenie requires its browser companion for LinkedIn actions and does not provide a native cold-email sequence in the workflow described here. If hosted execution or native email steps are essential, keep that requirement visible instead of choosing on price alone.

None of these operating models removes LinkedIn's rules. LinkedIn prohibits unauthorized scraping and automated activity and can restrict accounts. Vendor safety features and action quotas are not a guarantee of permission or protection.

Choose the product whose demonstrated workflow matches your actual job. If the decision depends on a permission, connector, reply condition or billing exception you have not seen, resolve that specific point before moving the list.

Questions that come up in practice

Common questions

Is HeyReach cheaper than Dripify?

Not on every plan or sender count. HeyReach Growth and Dripify Pro both list $79 monthly per connected LinkedIn account. HeyReach bundles and Dripify team tiers change the calculation; include the required features, billing period and extras.

Which product should an agency evaluate?

Evaluate the required sender and client-access workflow in both products. HeyReach publishes multi-sender, workspace and unified-inbox capabilities; Dripify Advanced includes team management. Verify permissions and reply ownership rather than choosing from an agency label alone.
