9.4%
of messaged prospects replied
541 prospects sent a campaign message from 27 August 2026, in 11 workspaces.
23 hours
median time to acceptance
Half of accepted invitations were accepted within about a day.
What the numbers say
About one invitation in four was accepted. Results vary a lot by workspace: the targeting, the profile sending the invitation and the note matter more than the tool. A quarter of workspaces with enough invitations got fewer than one in ten accepted, and a quarter got more than four in ten.
Replies are measured over a shorter period, because reply tracking started on 27 August 2026. Across 541 messaged prospects, 9.4% replied. Only 5 workspaces messaged 30 or more people in that period; their median reply rate was 5.2%, with the middle half between 3.2% to 12.3%. Treat the reply figures as an early signal.
25 workspaces ran their own LinkedIn actions in the period, an average of 67 completed actions per workspace per week.
Method
- Invitations sent by campaigns between 28 June 2026 and 26 September 2026. The period ends 21 days before publication, and an invitation counts as accepted only if it was accepted within 21 days, so every invitation had the same time.
- A prospect counts as messaged when a campaign message to them was sent in the period, and as replied when OutreachGenie found their answer in that LinkedIn conversation.
- Per-workspace figures include only workspaces with at least 30 invitations, or 30 messaged prospects, so one small test cannot move them.
- Activity excludes the automatic contact lookups the extension runs on its own, and workspaces owned by the OutreachGenie team are excluded.
- The figures are aggregates. No workspace, person or message is identified, and nothing was read from message content.
Limits
- This is OutreachGenie measuring its own users. It has not been audited by an independent party.
- The sample is small and self-selected: people who chose a free tool and ran campaigns from their own accounts.
- Campaigns their owners deleted before 17 October 2026 are not counted, because their records are deleted with them. If deleted campaigns did better or worse than the rest, these rates are off by that difference.
- A reply is not a qualified lead or a meeting. We do not yet measure either, or the time OutreachGenie saves.
- Your results depend on your audience, your profile and your messages. These numbers are not a forecast for your account.
