Expandi vs Dripify: choose around the sequence you need
Campaign software evaluation

Expandi Business and Dripify Advanced both list $99 a month on monthly billing. If those are the plans you need, the choice is about how your sequence, account setup and team controls work. Comparing Expandi with an old Dripify Basic price answers a different, often outdated question.
Dripify also has a lower-priced Pro plan. That can be sufficient for a seller who needs LinkedIn and email sequences without Advanced's team management, A/B testing or step analytics. Expandi's Business page explicitly describes an if/action sequence builder, several campaign types and a blacklist. Write down the workflow you need, then test the appropriate plan in each product.
OutreachGenie publishes this comparison and competes in LinkedIn outreach. The facts below come from the providers' public documentation, checked November 2, 2026. This is not an independent hands-on performance test.
Compare the plans you would actually buy
| Plan | Monthly subscription | Annual monthly equivalent | Annual subscription arithmetic | Explicitly listed capabilities relevant to this decision |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dripify Pro | $79 per user | $59 per user | $708 per user | Unlimited LinkedIn and email campaigns, dedicated inbox, HubSpot integration, API/MCP access |
| Dripify Advanced | $99 per user | $79 per user | $948 per user | Pro capabilities plus team management, step analytics, A/B testing, tagging and evergreen leads |
| Expandi Business | $99 per seat | $79 per seat | $948 per seat | Cloud execution, dedicated country-based IP, if/action sequence builder, LinkedIn and email follow-ups, campaign statistics and blacklist |
The annual totals above multiply the listed monthly equivalent by 12. They are subscription illustrations before tax, add-ons or a negotiated quote; verify the final checkout. Sources: Dripify pricing and Expandi pricing.
For five accounts, those monthly subscriptions would be $395 for Dripify Pro or $495 for Dripify Advanced or Expandi Business. Whether five Pro seats are suitable depends on the controls you need. Dripify's current pricing page puts team management on Advanced; an administrator should not budget Pro and assume that control will be included.
Expandi offers a custom Agency arrangement from ten seats and describes roles, centralized campaign management and white-label options. Dripify directs teams with ten or more seats, or subscriptions to consolidate, to sales. At that size, request the same scope from both providers: connected accounts, operators, client access, invoicing, support and exit requirements. The lower single-seat price may have little to do with the quote you receive.
Turn your proposed sequence into a specification
Take one real outreach use case before opening either campaign builder. For example, a service business might want to connect with relevant operations managers and offer a resource only after the invitation is accepted. If someone replies, the operator should review the conversation before any later follow-up.
That description leaves several decisions unresolved. What happens to an unaccepted invitation? Is there a final expiry point? Does the reply condition include messages outside the campaign? Does a negative reply stop every future attempt, or only the current sequence? Can the same profile arrive through another list?
Write the expected behavior as a small table:
| Event | Expected next step | What to verify in the product |
|---|---|---|
| Invitation is still pending | Wait or end according to a documented rule | Which conditions and timeouts the chosen campaign type supports |
| Invitation is accepted | Send the intended first-degree message at the planned time | The actual acceptance check, queue and working-hour behavior |
| A person replies | Hand the conversation to its owner | How replies are detected and which later actions stop |
| A prospect asks not to be contacted | Record the exclusion and stop outreach | Whether the exclusion applies across campaigns, lists and accounts |
| The same profile is imported twice | Avoid unintended duplicate contact | Deduplication scope and the identity used to match records |
| An action reports an uncertain error | Review before retrying | Whether the activity log distinguishes failed, unattempted and unknown sends |
These are evaluation requirements, not claims that either vendor implements every row in the same way. Expandi's published if/action builder makes its supported conditions worth inspecting. Dripify's sequence and analytics features should be tested against the same specification. A screenshot of boxes connected by arrows cannot establish the reply or exclusion behavior.
Our guide to building a LinkedIn outreach flow explains the underlying decisions. The important part is the state of the conversation, regardless of which interface represents it.
Media personalization has a separate cost and job
Expandi lists image/GIF personalization at an additional cost, and video personalization through a paid Sendspark integration. Do not treat a personalized-media example in a demo as something already included in the base subscription.
Before adding either, decide why a recipient would benefit from the media. A short demonstration of a relevant problem can be useful. A name pasted onto an unrelated image creates extra preparation without necessarily giving the buyer a reason to reply. A vendor's reported lift cannot establish what will happen for your audience.
If media is central to your offer, test the complete recipient experience: loading, mobile presentation, permission to use any assets, and the operator's work when someone asks a question. Include the separate service fee in the quote. If it is incidental, settle the basic list, message and reply workflow first.
Reporting and A/B testing need defined denominators
Dripify Advanced explicitly lists A/B testing and step analytics. Expandi lists detailed campaign statistics. That does not establish that either report answers your intended question without checking how people are assigned and counted.
For example, a reply percentage can mean replies among everyone assigned, among confirmed recipients, or among people who accepted a connection request. Those are different populations. A sequence with three messages also gives a prospect more opportunities to respond than one with a single message.
During the trial, trace several known records from import to action history to the report. Identify the denominator, follow-up policy and time window. For an experiment, verify that a prospect stays in one version, both groups have comparable conditions, and the observation window closes before a winner is declared. A small percentage difference is not automatically evidence that one message works better. Use the A/B-testing guide to plan the comparison.
The trials have different billing consequences
Dripify's pricing FAQ describes a seven-day trial of Advanced without a credit card; it says the account becomes inactive unless you choose a paid plan. Do not assume every feature you saw in that trial will remain on Pro.
Expandi's pricing FAQ says its seven-day trial is followed by a charge for the selected billing period unless cancelled first. Record the renewal date and selected period before connecting active work. Confirm the terms presented at your checkout, because a trial promotion can change.
Set a narrow trial objective, such as verifying a required branch, testing a reply stop, checking access permissions or inspecting an export. Campaign results may take longer than a trial window to mature. A seven-day offer does not make seven days a sufficient experiment.
Choose around the unresolved requirement
Dripify Pro is worth testing when its documented LinkedIn/email workflow meets your needs and you do not require the Advanced-only controls. Compare Dripify Advanced with Expandi Business when reporting, experimentation or a particular sequence condition changes the purchase. For an agency, obtain the right plan and permissions demonstration before multiplying a seat price.
OutreachGenie is a separate option for a LinkedIn-first workflow that can run through the user's signed-in browser. Its Free plan includes 80 outreach actions and 500 new prospects weekly; Pro and Agency add paid capabilities. It should not be presented as an equivalent hosted executor or a native email-sequence product. A browser requirement matters even when the subscription costs less.
Finally, cloud hosting, dedicated IPs and vendor “protection” labels do not make automated outreach approved by LinkedIn. LinkedIn prohibits unauthorized scraping and automation, and accounts can be restricted. Stop at a platform warning rather than treating a software quota as permission to continue.
