LinkedIn plan pricing

In the US, LinkedIn Premium Career costs $39.99 a month and Premium Business costs $69.99 a month. Paid for a year upfront, they come to $239.88 and $539.88. Sales Navigator, LinkedIn's sales plan, starts at $119.99 a month. The basic LinkedIn account stays free: you can build a profile, connect, message your connections, apply for jobs and search for people up to a monthly limit without paying.

Prices checked November 5, 2026 on LinkedIn's own plan pages and pricing FAQs, which state them in US dollars. LinkedIn calls them starting prices and estimates: they exclude tax, and your checkout can show another currency, a promotion or a slightly different amount on another device. Where LinkedIn doesn't publish a price, this page says so instead of repeating a figure from another site.

All amounts are US dollars per license, before VAT, GST or sales tax. The "annual, per month" column divides the yearly price by 12; it is not a month-to-month price. Sources: the Premium Career, Premium Business, Premium All-in-One, Premium Company Page and Sales Navigator plan pages.

Two plans have no public price. LinkedIn's Recruiter pricing page says Recruiter "does not have a single standard price" and sends buyers to sales. The Recruiter Lite page and its help articles show only a "Try now for $0" button, so the Lite price appears when you start checkout in your own account. Sales Navigator Advanced Plus is priced by team size, CRM integration and onboarding needs.

What's new or easy to miss in LinkedIn's plans

  • Premium Business and Sales Navigator prices held. Business, Core and Advanced show the same US prices as when we last checked them on October 3, 2026.
  • Premium Company Page upgrades a Page, not a person. It costs $99.99 a month, each Page needs its own subscription, and only a super admin of a small or mid-sized business with a free Page can buy it. LinkedIn last updated that pricing note on April 20, 2026.
  • Premium All-in-One is still rolling out. LinkedIn says it is available to a limited group. It combines 30 InMail credits, 15 daily prospect suggestions, $50 a month in post-boost credits and a $50 monthly hiring credit.
  • Duo plans put two people on one subscription. LinkedIn lists Career Duo from $59.98 a month ($359.88 a year) and Business Duo from $118.98 a month ($917.98 a year). The FAQ calls these "per license" prices, but they only cost less than two single licenses if they cover both seats, so check the total at checkout.
  • Quarterly billing is arriving. LinkedIn's Premium subscription FAQ lists monthly, quarterly and annual billing, with quarterly rolling out gradually.
  • A Page and a personal plan can be bundled. A super admin of a Page with fewer than 500 employees can buy Premium Company Page together with Business, Career, Sales Navigator Core or All-in-One at a 20% discount, on desktop only (bundle terms).
  • Partner perks start after you pay. Paying Premium subscribers in select regions can redeem partner offers that change over time; members on a free trial get them once the first payment goes through. The YouTube Premium offer in the perks terms had to be redeemed by October 31, 2025.

What each plan includes

The features people compare most are InMail credits, how far back you can see profile viewers, and how much you can search.

A few details the table can't hold:

  • The commercial use limit. Free accounts that search heavily hit it, and LinkedIn reads that as hiring or prospecting. It resets at midnight PST on the 1st of each month, and LinkedIn won't lift it on request. The help page names Premium Business, Recruiter Lite and Sales Navigator as the upgrades that raise it; it doesn't list Premium Career.
  • Profile viewers on Business. The feature list, comparison page and Help Center give Premium 365 days of viewer data, while one FAQ answer on the Business page still says 90 days.
  • InMail credits stay with their product. Premium credits don't work in Sales Navigator, they roll over only up to a cap, and you can't buy more on Premium or Sales Navigator. The InMail credits guide covers caps, refunds of credits and the cost per message.
  • Sales Navigator already includes Premium Business features, so a seller doesn't need both subscriptions.
  • Premium Company Page has no InMail. It adds Page features: automatic invitations to people who engage with your posts, a custom call-to-action button, testimonials and competitor insights.

Free trials and how billing works

Most members can try a Premium plan free before paying, but the terms are stricter than the "Easy to cancel" button suggests:

  • You need a card. LinkedIn's free trial page requires a valid credit card, and the trial turns into a paid plan unless you cancel before it ends.
  • The trial usually lasts a month. LinkedIn says trial length "may vary based on region or promotional terms," and its renewal page says the card is charged one month from the day you signed up. Cancel at least one day before that date.
  • One trial a year. After a Premium trial, you can't start another for at least 12 months. Sales Navigator trials also exclude anyone who already has a paid LinkedIn subscription, Premium included.
  • Cancelling a trial ends it right away. A cancelled paid plan runs to the end of the period; a cancelled trial does not.
  • Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite trials work the same way. A Sales Navigator trial bills one month after you start it (Sales Navigator renewal), and LinkedIn emails a reminder seven days before it ends. The Recruiter Lite trial also lasts one month, needs a card, and should be cancelled at least one day before it ends (Recruiter Lite signup).

Premium renews on the date you signed up, not on the 1st of the month. If a LinkedIn charge surprises you, check whether a free trial converted a month after sign-up. To see what you pay for and when it renews, click Me, then Premium features, then Manage subscription, and open Purchases in LinkedIn Admin Center. Annual plans are charged upfront, and on Sales Navigator a cancelled annual plan stays active, and paid, until the end of the year.

Monthly or annual billing?

Annual billing cuts the price by 50% on Premium Career but by only about 6% on Sales Navigator Advanced. Paying monthly costs more than a year upfront once you keep the plan for:

  • Premium Career: 6 months (6 × $39.99 = $239.94)
  • Premium Business: 8 months ($559.92)
  • Sales Navigator Core or Premium Company Page: 9 months
  • Premium All-in-One: 10 months
  • Sales Navigator Advanced: all 12 months. At 11 months, monthly billing is still $39.99 cheaper.

A three-month job search on monthly Premium Career costs $119.97, half the annual price. Pay for a year only when you know you'll use the plan that long.

How to cancel LinkedIn Premium and ask for a refund

On desktop, according to LinkedIn's cancellation steps:

  1. Click Me at the top of your LinkedIn homepage and select Premium features.
  2. Click Manage subscription under Plan Details. LinkedIn opens Admin Center.
  3. Click Purchases, select your active subscription and click Cancel subscription under Actions.
  4. Click Confirm cancel.

Cancel at least one day before your next billing date. The plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle; after that, InMail credits, profile insights and LinkedIn Learning go away. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel from your Apple device; Apple also handles refunds for those purchases.

LinkedIn's refund policy says Premium Career, Business, All-in-One, Company Page, Recruiter Lite and Sales Navigator "may be refundable within 7 days" of a charge, but only without Premium usage, and a previous refund may count against you. Citizens of the European Union get a full refund within 14 days after a subscription begins, and that window starts on the first day of a free trial. You request a refund from the same help page.

Why your price may differ

  • Currency. LinkedIn lists a separate price for each currency: Premium Business is $69.99, £49.99, €52.49, C$74.99 or A$74.99 a month. Its FAQs show only those five currencies. For others, such as Indian rupees, LinkedIn points you to the checkout for the actual price.
  • Tax. LinkedIn's listed prices may exclude VAT, GST and other taxes added at checkout.
  • Device. LinkedIn notes that prices can vary slightly across device types.
  • Promotions and eligibility. Discounts, trials and plans such as All-in-One depend on your account and region.
  • Moving abroad. To pay in a new currency, LinkedIn says you must cancel and wait for the billing cycle to end before buying again (currency changes).

Which LinkedIn plan should you pick?

Match the plan to the job, then check whether the free account already covers it.

Looking for a job: Premium Career

Career's draws are the 365-day viewer list, 5 InMail credits a month to reach hiring managers outside your network, and AI insights on how well you fit a job post. Pay monthly for a short search. If recruiters already reply to your applications and messages, the free account may be enough.

Selling or networking as an individual: Premium Business or Sales Navigator Core

Premium Business ($69.99 a month) removes the search limit and gives 15 InMail credits. Sales Navigator Core ($119.99 a month) adds 50+ sales filters, saved leads and accounts, alerts and 50 InMail credits. Choose Core when you rerun the same filtered searches and need to watch accounts over time; the Premium Business vs Sales Navigator comparison works through that choice. Teams deciding between Core and the shared lists in Advanced can use Core vs Advanced. If what you actually need is work email addresses, read Sales Navigator vs Apollo first.

Recruiting: Recruiter Lite, then Recruiter

Recruiter Lite gives 30 InMail credits per seat, searches up to your 3rd-degree network and covers up to five recruiters on one contract. Recruiter gives 150 InMail credits a month and the full talent pool, at a negotiated price. The Recruiter Lite vs Recruiter guide lists what to check in a quote.

Promoting a company: start with a free Page

A LinkedIn Page is free. Premium Company Page ($99.99 a month) is worth testing once the Page posts regularly and you want to invite engaged visitors to follow it. Set the Page up first with the company page guide.

Doing all three as a small business owner: All-in-One, if you're offered it

At $89.99 a month, All-in-One costs $20 more than Business and doubles the InMail credits to 30, with post-boost and hiring credits included. It's only worth it if you'd spend those credits. Not every account can buy it yet.

Prospecting on a budget: what you need to pay LinkedIn for

If you're pricing Premium to get more sales conversations, a paid LinkedIn plan helps with two jobs: reaching people outside your network with InMail and searching without limits or with sales filters. Saving prospects and following up with your connections don't require one.

OutreachGenie is a LinkedIn prospecting workspace with a Chrome extension. You save people from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, post engagement or a CSV into lists, then run a list through a flow of profile visits, invitations, messages, When user accepts and Check reply steps. The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card, and includes 80 outreach actions (invitations, messages, likes, comments and follows) and 500 new prospects a week. Pro is $15 a month or $150 a year, removes both weekly limits and adds the AI features. See current plans.

What it doesn't replace: OutreachGenie doesn't send InMail or Open Profile messages, and its messages reach 1st-degree connections only. It doesn't add search filters to LinkedIn either. If you pay for Sales Navigator, OutreachGenie can save people from your Sales Navigator searches into lists, so the two work together. Actions run in your own signed-in Chrome, which has to stay open, and LinkedIn says third-party tools that automate activity on its site aren't permitted. Weigh that before adding any tool.

A practical order: start with the free account and a free workspace, then pay LinkedIn when a specific limit keeps getting in the way. If you hit the commercial use limit every month, Premium Business fixes that. If the people you want don't accept invitations, InMail is the paid route. If you keep rebuilding the same filtered search, Sales Navigator Core earns its price. The prospecting without Sales Navigator guide shows how far a Basic account goes.

Questions that come up in practice

Common questions

How much is LinkedIn Premium per month?

In the US, Premium Career is $39.99 a month and Premium Business is $69.99 a month on monthly billing. Premium All-in-One, which is still rolling out, is $89.99, and Premium Company Page is $99.99 for one LinkedIn Page. Sales Navigator Core is $119.99 and Advanced is $159.99. These are LinkedIn's listed starting prices before tax, checked on November 5, 2026.

How much is LinkedIn Premium per year?

Paid annually, Premium Career is $239.88 ($19.99 a month) and Premium Business is $539.88 ($44.99 a month). Sales Navigator Core is $1,079.88 and Advanced is $1,799.88 a year. Annual plans are charged upfront, so they only save money if you keep the plan for about six months on Career, eight on Business and nine on Sales Navigator Core.

What is the cheapest LinkedIn Premium plan?

Premium Career, at $39.99 a month or $239.88 a year in the US. The basic LinkedIn account is free and covers a profile, connections, messages to your connections, job applications and people search up to a monthly limit.

What is the difference between Premium Career and Premium Business?

Career ($39.99 a month) is built for job seekers: 5 InMail credits a month, a year of profile viewers and AI insights on job posts. Business ($69.99 a month) gives 15 InMail credits, people and company search with no limits, and a custom button on your profile. LinkedIn names Business, not Career, among the plans that raise the free account's commercial use limit on search.

Is LinkedIn Premium worth it?

It's worth paying for when a specific limit blocks you: you need InMail to reach people outside your network, you hit the search limit every month, or you want a full year of profile viewers during a job search. If recruiters or buyers already reply to your invitations and messages, the free account may be enough. Pay monthly first, and switch to annual only once you know you'll keep it.

Is there a free trial of LinkedIn Premium?

Usually, yes. Eligible members can try Premium free, typically for one month, though LinkedIn says trial length can vary by region and promotion. You need a credit card, the trial turns into a paid plan unless you cancel at least one day before it ends, and you can't start another Premium trial for 12 months. Sales Navigator trials also exclude members who already have a paid LinkedIn subscription.

How do I cancel LinkedIn Premium and get a refund?

On desktop, click Me, then Premium features, then Manage subscription. In Admin Center, open Purchases, select the subscription and click Cancel subscription. Do it at least one day before the billing date; the plan runs until the end of the cycle. LinkedIn may refund a charge within 7 days if you haven't used Premium, and EU citizens get a full refund within 14 days of a subscription starting. App Store purchases are cancelled and refunded through Apple.

How much does Sales Navigator cost?

Sales Navigator Core starts at $119.99 a month or $1,079.88 a year per license in the US, and Advanced at $159.99 a month or $1,799.88 a year. Advanced Plus is priced by quote. Every tier includes 50 InMail credits a month and the Premium Business features.
