01 / Plan the conversation

Start with a narrow purpose.

Up to three follow-ups. Seven days is an editable starting value, not a recommended sending cadence.

02 / The decisions between steps

A sequence with stopping points.

Messages need conditions.

Build your plan to see acceptance, reply and stopping checks alongside each message.

A useful result starts with the right inputs.

Define who belongs in the list.

A sequence for people who asked for a resource is different from one for a new audience. Write the eligibility rule and desired next decision before choosing the number of messages. Remove people who are already in an active conversation or asked not to be contacted.

Put conditions between messages.

A pending invitation is not an accepted connection. A reply changes what should happen next. The preview makes those checks visible; each follow-up still needs a useful reason and a final review of the thread.

Take the plan into the workspace deliberately.

Download the brief for review, then follow the flow-building guide. Confirm the product supports the conditions you need and inspect the first run. This tool does not alter LinkedIn’s restrictions or establish permission to contact someone.

Before you use the result

Can I import this file as a live campaign?

No. The download is a Markdown planning brief. It is not an executable sequence or an OutreachGenie import format. Recreate the plan in your workspace and verify each available condition, action and stop setting before enabling a campaign.

What is the best number of days between messages?

There is no universal interval. The right next step depends on the conversation, their requested date, the value of the follow-up and applicable platform restrictions. The editable seven-day starting value is an example. The planner accepts one to 90 days and up to three follow-ups as planning limits.

Will reply checks always stop a campaign?

The brief tells you to stop this planned sequence when a reply arrives and handle it. A live campaign only behaves according to its supported configuration and actual state. Check those settings in the product; a downloaded brief cannot enforce them.

Is my content private?

The planner keeps input in tab memory and generates the download locally. It does not upload messages, connect to LinkedIn or start a campaign. Reload or Clear all removes the current plan.
