COLLECT / OUTREACHGENIE TOOLS

Sales Navigator Lead Exporter

Give your lead search a useful next step.

Start with the filters you already chose in Sales Navigator. Collect accessible lead-search results into a CSV, review the people, and continue with a focused prospect list.

THE WORKFLOW

02Collect & review

  • OutreachGenie account
  • Paired Chrome extension
  • Signed-in LinkedIn access
  • Active Sales Navigator access

01 / YOUR SOURCE

Start with the input.

Prepare this task, then sign in to collect and export results.

Your input stays in this page until you continue. In the workspace, review it before starting collection.

FROM SOURCE TO CSV

Three steps. A reviewable result.

  1. 01

Open a lead search in Sales Navigator and copy its URL.

  2. 02

Connect the extension using the LinkedIn account with Sales Navigator access.

  3. 03

Collect the accessible results, review them and download CSV.

Keep the search narrow enough to review.

Combine the account characteristics and roles that matter for your offer before exporting. A long list of matching titles still needs a relevance check; filters describe a search, not a confirmed need.

Use a lead-search URL.

This entry point targets Sales Navigator people-search results. A private lead list, account list or profile URL is a different source. Open a supported lead search instead of assuming any Sales Navigator link can be exported.

BEFORE YOU START

The details that matter.

Do I need a Sales Navigator subscription?

Yes. The collection uses your signed-in account’s existing Sales Navigator access. OutreachGenie does not provide or bypass a Sales Navigator subscription.

Can this export private saved lead lists directly?

This tool accepts lead-search URLs. Direct private lead-list URLs are not supported by this entry point. If your search includes a list filter, the results must still be accessible in that lead search.

Are email addresses included?

No email is promised by this exporter. It returns the profile and company fields available in the collected search results; email finding is a separate workflow.
