COLLECT / OUTREACHGENIE TOOLS

Company Employee Finder & Exporter

Find the people behind a target company.

Start with a LinkedIn company page and the roles you want to reach. Collect matching accessible profiles, then review whether the people and current roles fit your account plan.

  • OutreachGenie account
  • Paired Chrome extension
  • Signed-in LinkedIn access

01 / YOUR SOURCE

Start with the input.

Prepare this task, then sign in to collect and export results.

Use title words, or OR for alternatives. Review matches; title wording does not prove seniority.

Your input stays in this page until you continue. In the workspace, review it before starting collection.

FROM SOURCE TO CSV

Three steps. A reviewable result.

  1. 01

Paste the company’s LinkedIn page and add target roles.

  2. 02

Open the accessible employee search with your paired extension.

  3. 03

Review the matching profiles and download your prospect CSV.

Build an account map from relevant roles.

A company can have several people connected to a buying decision. Start with the team that owns the problem, then review adjacent roles. The exported list gives you evidence to inspect rather than assigning decision-making authority from a title alone.

LinkedIn profiles are not a live staff register.

People maintain their own profiles and job changes may take time to appear. Company associations, visibility and the employee search affect coverage. Check current roles before using the list for a campaign.

BEFORE YOU START

The details that matter.

Will I get a complete company employee directory?

No. Results depend on profiles and employee search visible to your LinkedIn account. The tool cannot guarantee all employees, current employment or a complete organizational chart.

How are target roles used?

The roles help narrow the accessible company people search. Review returned titles and headlines; a keyword match alone does not establish responsibility, budget or seniority.

Can I search using only a company name?

This workflow starts with a LinkedIn company URL so the source company is explicit. Find the correct company page first, especially when several businesses share a name.
