COLLECT / OUTREACHGENIE TOOLS

LinkedIn Search Results Exporter

Take your filtered search into a prospect list.

Use a LinkedIn People search to define who belongs in the list. Bring the accessible results into OutreachGenie, check the returned fields, and download a CSV for the next step.

THE WORKFLOW

  • OutreachGenie account
  • Paired Chrome extension
  • Signed-in LinkedIn access

01 / YOUR SOURCE

Start with the input.

Prepare this task, then sign in to collect and export results.

Your input stays in this page until you continue. In the workspace, review it before starting collection.

FROM SOURCE TO CSV

Three steps. A reviewable result.

  1. 01

Apply your People-search filters in LinkedIn and copy the full URL.

  2. 02

Connect your extension and collect results within the displayed allowance.

  3. 03

Check the collected rows and export CSV.

Improve the search before collecting more rows.

Use role, geography and company filters to reduce unrelated profiles. If the first page is mostly a poor fit, revise the search first. Exporting more pages does not repair a search that targets the wrong people.

Keep uncertainty in the data visible.

Search cards do not always contain a separate company, role or location field. The export keeps what the source supplies and leaves missing data apparent. Use profile enrichment when you need more context before qualification.

BEFORE YOU START

The details that matter.

Which LinkedIn search links work?

Use a LinkedIn People-search URL beginning with /search/results/people/. Posts, jobs and company searches are different sources; Sales Navigator has its own lead exporter.

Can I export without being signed in to LinkedIn?

No. This workflow requires a signed-in LinkedIn session and paired OutreachGenie extension. It uses the results accessible to that account.

Does the CSV include every field on a profile?

No. Search results expose a limited set of fields. Missing company, location or profile details remain missing rather than being invented.
