COLLECT / OUTREACHGENIE TOOLS

LinkedIn Post Audience Exporter

Turn a post’s audience into a reviewable list.

Collect accessible commenters and reactors from one LinkedIn post. Keep the engagement context and source post together, so a familiar name is more than another spreadsheet row.

01 / YOUR SOURCE

Start with the input.

Prepare this task, then sign in to collect and export results.

Your input stays in this page until you continue. In the workspace, review it before starting collection.

FROM SOURCE TO CSV

Three steps. A reviewable result.

  1. 01

Paste a post your LinkedIn account can open.

  2. 02

Collect accessible commenters and reactions in your workspace.

  3. 03

Review the deduplicated audience and export its engagement context.

Read the comment before starting the conversation.

A specific question can explain a person’s problem. A reaction often carries less information. Keep that difference visible when qualifying the audience; neither action is permission to assume a person wants your product.

One person can appear in several places.

Someone may comment and react to the same post. The audience export merges matching profile links while preserving available engagement context, so repeated engagement does not inflate the prospect count.

BEFORE YOU START

The details that matter.

Does this export commenters and reactions together?

Yes. The workflow collects both accessible sources and deduplicates people by profile identity while keeping the returned engagement context.

Why might the export be smaller than the post’s counts?

The exporter samples commenters and reactors within the run limit of up to 100 people, allocating roughly half to each source. Nested replies may be omitted. LinkedIn visibility, pagination and deleted comments can further reduce the returned audience.

Will this send messages to the audience?

No. Collection produces a list for review and export. You choose any later outreach separately in OutreachGenie.
